Before you start

1. Log in to the Mydema panel and add your store under Settings › Integrations with the Add Site button.
2. Copy the API key it generates. It starts with mk_live_ and is shown once.
3. Add the IP address of your store server to the Allowed IPs of the integration. The plugin settings page shows this address.
4. Load credit: shipping vouchers are paid from your prepaid Mydema credit.

Installation

1. In the admin panel open Extensions › Installer and upload mydema-opencart.ocmod.zip.
2. Open Extensions › Modifications and press Refresh. Without this the Mydema menu does not appear.
3. Open Extensions › Extensions, set the type to Shipping, find Mydema Logistics and click the green + to install.
4. Click the blue pencil on the same row, enter the API Endpoint and your API key, set the status to Enabled and save.
5. Press Test Connection. It must report success.
6. Add your pickup addresses under Extensions › Mydema › Suppliers and check your products under Bulk Edit.

Preparing your products

Every product needs length, width, height and weight. The plugin places each product in a package category automatically from these values; products with missing data cannot be priced and no shipping option is shown for them.

What your customer sees

At checkout the customer picks the delivery area, sees the available carriers with real prices, and for heavy carts can choose pallet delivery instead of boxes. When the order is placed the shipping voucher is created and the cost is deducted from your credit.
